The Quatrone Subdivision Links
The Quatrone subdivision was created by American Electric Power (AEP) who created Leesville Lake and Smith Mountain Lake beginning in 1960. The property was sold thru Patton Realty until all of the subdivision’s 47 lots were sold.
The Quatrone Home Owners Association was formed in 1990 to support and maintain the development. The subdivision was incorporated in 1993. Quatrone has Articles of Incorporation and a set of by-laws. QHA has a board of directors consisting of : President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, and three Directors. Director terms run for 3 years. All other positions are voted on annually.
The subdivision lies approximately 8 miles west/northwest of Gretna, Virginia on Leesville Lake.
